Poor Customer Service - NO PARTS AVAILABILITY Plastic crank handle broke. Called customer support number given on website. No help. Transferred to Parts Dept. They didn't have part number for crank handle. Transferred to Tech Dept to get part number. Tech says they only offer parts that were researched by Skil that had the potential to break or need replacing from being lost. Crank handle isn't on the list as they do not break. I told them mine is broken and I need a replacement. Sorry sir, they do not break, we don't have replacements. I asked what was the avenue to get a replacement. Purchase a whole new Xbench was the only way to get a fully functioning Xbench. Nice product. Works well. Break a minor part. Throw it away. August 20, 2012
