My First Floor Laying Made Easy This saw is a must-have for anyone taking on the task of laying a hardwood or laminate floor. Unless you are very lucky every row of flooring has one cut board. In my case it would mean that every five minutes I would be running to the garage to use the miter saw. This saw is within a few feet of me. I paid for the saw in less than an hour of laying flooring. I would hope that in the future the saw features a way to easily line up your cut line with the proper side of the blade. Now I just make a small test cut and adjust from there. The dust collector doesn't work well but then again there is not a lot of dust. Just a GREAT TOOL. July 13, 2012

The right tool for the right job. There is no doubt that I would have had to work longer and harder to complete the flooring project in my 10 X 20 raised converted garage using a circular saw, a table saw, as well as clamps and all that would be needed to get the proper cuts. I completed the room in less than 8 hours, and although I do a lot of woodworking, this is the first time that this 67 year old man has tackled a laminate floor. It turned out beautiful!
