d.       All entries must have answers to all questions posted on the form to be qualified.

g.        Entries become the property of SKIL and will not be returned.

h.        Original entry forms only.  No copies accepted.

3.             ENTRY DEADLINE: Contest starts at 12:00:00 a.m. EDT on February 1, 
                2008. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on August 1, 2008 
                EDT. All entries submitted via U.S. postal service must be postmarked
                by July 31, 2008 and received by sponsor by August 7, 2008.

4.             JUDGING:

a.        Each entry will be ranked based on responses to the following questions:

1.        What makes this person great on the job site          60%

2.        Number of years as a framer                                   20%

3.        Estimated number of homes has  helped build         20%

                The top 10 highest scores in each region (Northwest, Southwest, Gulf 
                Coast, Midwest, Northeast) will earn a spot in the SKIL Hall of Frame 
                and receive prizes.  All nominees will receive a certificate notifying 
                them of their nomination.

b.        2008 inductee selection will be conducted by a SKIL internal judging panel, whose decisions are final.  SKIL reserves the exclusive right to determine winners and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Contest without notice.

c.        2008 inductees will be notified by mail on or about 09/01/08.

5.             PRIZES:

a)       A SHD77-M Worm Drive (suggested retail value of $189.99)

b)       A plaque stating their induction into the SKIL Hall of Frame

c)       $25 Dunkin Donut gift card to buy donuts for the crew

d)       Their name on a plaque at SKIL headquarters including their induction class

6.             ELIGIBILITY:

a.             Nominees must be home framers and at least 18 years of age or older.
                Open only to legal residents of the United States,
                including Alaska and Hawaii, excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and
                U.S. Possessions.

b.             The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

c.             All employees of Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, affiliates and
                subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of
                each, are not eligible to win.

7.             CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

a.             Use of winner's name: By entering, each nominee grants permission,
                without further compensation, to SKIL Power Tools
                and their agents and licensees, to use the nominee's name, voice,
                photograph, likeness and biographical material for broadcast, print and
                promotional purposes in connection with the contest.

b.             Execution of Affidavit and Release:  By entering, each nominee agrees
                that if selected, he/she will sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity 
                release (where legal) and a waiver of liability. The prize will be
                forfeited and awarded to another nominee if the selected inductee 
                does not execute and return the prepared form of affidavit, release 
                and waiver within ten (10) days of prize notification, or if the selected
                inductee is not eligible in accordance with these rules.  One (1) prize 
                per person.

c.             Release Station and Sponsor of Liability: By entering, nominees agree
                to release SKIL Power Tools, and their officers, directors, employees
                and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind
                arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of
                the contest prize.

d.             No Prize Substitutions: No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is
                available; however, SKIL Power Tools may, at their discretion,
                substitute prizes of equal or lesser value. Prizes are not transferable.

e.             Taxes: Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility
                of the winner, who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting the actual
                value of any prize valued at $600 or more.   

9.             MISCELLANEOUS:

a.             SKIL Power Tools shall have all rights to publicize the inductees’ entry.

b.             By submitting an entry, participant agrees to be bound by these Official
                Rules.

c.             Entry constitutes permission to use inductees’ name and likeness and
                entries for publicity purposes without further compensation (except
                where prohibited by law).  Inductees agree to be available for media
                interviews.

e.             SKIL Power Tools and their promotional and advertising agencies shall
                have no liability and shall be released and held harmless by participant
                (s) for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole
                or part, directly or indirectly,  by reason of the acceptance, possession,
                use or misuse of prize or participation.

f.              Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or
                connected with this contest, or any prize awarded, shall
                be resolved individually, without resort to any form of litigation
                (including but not limited to class action), and exclusively by
                arbitration.  Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-
                of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this 
                contest, but in no event attorney’s fees.

g.             Offer void where prohibited by applicable federal, state or local laws.
